Red Algae Complex
Our red algae complex is wild-harvested in the beautiful Icelandic fjords. It has a naturally high content of calcium and magnesium and contains more than 70 other minerals. It is nature’s own multi-mineral, and your body will love it.
Bamboo Extract
Our bamboo extract is made from organic, fresh bamboo shoots and has a naturally high silica content. Silica plays an important role in bone structure and strength, contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue, and supports the body’s use of calcium. An ideal supplement for those who want to maintain healthy and strong bones.
Zinc
We have chosen to use zinc bisglycinate, as this form has high bioavailability in the body. Zinc plays an important role in maintaining healthy bones, as it contributes to normal bone formation and helps protect the cells against oxidative stress. An essential mineral for the body’s natural balance and tissue formation.
Vitamin K2
Vitamin K2 plays an important role in the body’s handling of calcium. It helps activate proteins involved in bone formation, so calcium is used where the body needs it – including in the bones. Vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and supports a healthy bone structure.
Did you know this?
Calcium is "blind." Without helpers, it does not know where to go. Research suggests that calcium supplements without Vitamin K2 may risk building up in the arteries instead of the bones. Bone Magic contains 267% of your daily K2 requirement to help counter exactly this.

What Our Customers Say ❤️
The Science Behind Bone Magic
Approved health claims in the EU:
Several of the ingredients we use in Bone Magic have health claims approved by EFSA (the European Food Safety Authority), including:
- Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Zinc contributes to normal bone formation and to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
- Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.
These effects are recognized on the basis of a large amount of documentation and apply when the ingredients are consumed in sufficient quantities as part of a balanced diet.
What does newer research say?
In addition to the approved claims, there are several studies that have investigated the more complex and long-term effects of natural mineral supplements and plant-based substances in relation to bone health. We share these results with you because we find them both relevant and exciting – not as promises, but as inspiration.
- Research has shown that minerals from red algae (Lithothamnium calcareum) may contribute to better bone structure, increased bone density, and strength – in some cases better than conventional calcium sources.
- Studies on vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) suggest that it may reduce bone loss in postmenopausal women and help ensure that calcium is deposited in the bones and not in the blood vessels.
- There are also data suggesting that silica from bamboo may promote collagen formation and support bone mineralization.
- And zinc has repeatedly been linked to a stronger bone structure and a lower risk of osteoporosis – especially when zinc intake in the diet is low.
Important note:
The results of these studies are still not approved as health claims in the EU, and we are therefore not allowed to claim that Bone Magic has these specific effects. We share the research as background knowledge and inspiration – not as a promise of effect. Our products are food supplements, not medicine.
